The Value of Listening - Annual Report 2023-24

Our annual report showcases how we’ve been using your feedback to improve health and care across the county.

The Value of Listening details the changes being made to services based on what you have told us. These include improving mental health services for autistic people, the creation of a women’s health clinic, and developing resources to support patients, families and carers during their discharge from hospital.
