Our work gathering feedback on the draft Wiltshire End of Life Care Strategy for Adults 2017-2020.

We were asked by NHS Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Wiltshire Council to help gather public feedback on their draft strategy for end of life care.

The feedback we gathered will be used to shape the plan for delivering services in the future.
