This report focuses on what local people said when they were asked about the proposed changes to Wiltshire Council’s Charging for Care policy, the means tested financial assessment used to calculate a person’s contribution towards their care.
We independently facilitated public events in April 2016 as well as receiving feedback from the public by telephone.
This report was requested by Wiltshire Council adult care commissioners.
