Small Supports Survey

Small Supports - NDTi have been asked to carry out surveys in Wiltshire to find out more about support available in Wiltshire for autistic people and people with a learning disability currently placed or at risk of being placed in a service away from Wiltshire - these are often in institutional settings including secure or in-patient services.

By undertaking the survey, it will give us intelligence in relation to experience of services and the system and also help direct the needs to be addressed in the system to make things work for people and small supports organisations.

You can support this piece of work by completing one of the three surveys in the links below and share with others to give the opportunity for a wide group of people in the local area to share their thoughts, perceptions and any comments about the current offer of support to autistic people, people with a learning disability and their loved ones:
