Looking back at our highlights from 2023.
2023 has been a busy year for us, and we'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who shared their views of health and social care services with us during the year.
Our year so far
- 852 people have shared their experiences with us.
- We’ve spoken to people from different communities including Fijian and Nepalese military families, Polish, Romanian and Ukrainian families, and Boaters
- We’ve attended 182 meetings, forums and events.
- 2,322 people contacted us for advice and information or viewed it on our website.
- We published 3 reports, focusing on mental health and autism, prescription ordering and what patients and families thought of a pilot rehabilitation scheme.
- We showed how public feedback has helped improve the complaints process at Salisbury District Hospital and applying for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
- We published our annual report in June, showcasing our work from 2022-2023.
- Our volunteers gave more than 437 hours of their time to support us.
- We held 2 training and development days for our volunteers, focusing on Enter and View and volunteer recruitment.
- We posted on social media 665 times, with messages seen by 33,293 people.
- And 15,535 people viewed our website.

Healthwatch Wiltshire will be open during normal hours over the festive period, excluding bank holidays. We will be closed from Monday 1 January-Monday 8 January 2024.
