Pop-up clinics offer easy way to get Covid jab
Wiltshire Council and the NHS Covid-19 Vaccination Service are continuing to offer pop-up Covid-19 vaccination clinics for people to receive their first, second or booster dose.
Kate Blackburn, Director of Public Health at Wiltshire Council said:
“It is never too late to get your first vaccination or your booster, and you don’t need to wait to be called by your GP or the NHS.
“We are encouraging people to come along to a ‘walk in’ vaccination clinic or to book a vaccine appointment at a vaccination centre if they haven't already - whether that be first or second dose, or a booster.
“Vaccination is still the most effective way to protect yourself and protect your family. With the summer holidays approaching, many people have holidays booked. Getting vaccinated now is one way of minimising the risk of having your holiday impacted by Covid.”
