Health and social care services have had to make big changes to the support they offer in order to respond to the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. Non-urgent treatment has been postponed, face-to-face appointments reduced and services are limiting public access.
We would like to hear your experiences of health and care to help us identify how services are adapting and working well during the coronavirus outbreak, and to highlight common issues and challenges that need further work and improvement.
The results will be collated and shared with those that plan and pay for health and care services. All feedback is anonymous.
