Small Supports Survey

Small Supports - NDTi have been asked to carry out surveys in Wiltshire to find out more about support available in Wiltshire for autistic people and people with a learning disability currently placed or at risk of being placed in a service away from Wiltshire - these are often in institutional settings including secure or in-patient services.
