Alzheimer's Support are calling all musicians to join them for a musical mash-up as part of BBC Music Day.
Join music makers of all ages in a jamming spectacular, share your music with others and learn something new in an uplifting evening hosted by people living with dementia.
The event finale will be broadcast on BBC Wiltshire!
