About this event
The AGM is a chance for members of the public, partners and patients to hear about what the CCG has achieved in the past year and find out more about their plans for the future.
They will feature the newly launched Our Health Our Future survey which asks the people of BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire three simple questions about their health and care, now and into the future - the answers will help inform the CCGs' five year plan.
Copies of the annual report and accounts will also be available on the day.
