About this event
Our Local Leadership Board is the driving force behind our commitment to ensure the voices of children, young people and adults are heard by those who run, plan and regulate health and social care services in the county.
This meeting will have a focus on Primary Care Networks, which will see GP surgeries working more closely with other services, such as hospitals, pharmacies, mental health and social care, to improve care for people with long term conditions.
The Board will be discussing how we can ensure the public are involved in this work.
